Studio Wall Mobile

Studio Wall mobile is a companion application to Studio Wall desktop experience. It provides users the ability to easily capture images and videos and save them to firewall-protected project folders within Studio Wall. For this design program, I was the lead UX designer driving all daily UX task and also responsible for creating the vision and strategy documentation used for winning executive funding buy-off.

In addition to capturing images and videos, Studio Wall mobile also allows users to meta-tag any portion of an asset with a note pin and easily add notes for sharing with their colleagues. Additional functionality allows a variety design-studio-centric workflows for creating 3D bump textures, HDRI imagery, and 3D captures. Utilizing the power of cloud computing, these typical multistep workflows were reduced by half resulting in immediate successful adoption.

After security authentication, the user is presented with a variety of one-click workflow tools that allow them to easily capture design imagery and inspiration and easily save them to project folders located on private cloud networks.

To help a diverse set of stakeholders align faster, I created a variety of low-fidelity Post-it note style images used to sort and identify workflows that satisfied product objectives.

Low fidelity click through prototypes were an integral part of early customer contextual inquiry sessions and helped uncover several innovation opportunities for the design team.
